
This week I read At the Edge of the Universe by Shaun David Hutchinson. I originally picked it up because it was gay (I mean who doesn't love a good Gay book), but I stayed around for the mystery. Ozzie woke up one morning and his boyfriend was not on;y missing, but no one remembered him. Instead of moping around and giving in like I certainly would've, he gets up and tries to fix it. He questions everything, and when he finds out the world is shrinking on top of it all, he questions the idea of that too. When the sun disappears, and the rest of the world doesn;t question it, he does. That is one of my favorite parts of this book. Ozzie questions how they all aren't freezing to death, whereas most other books that I have read wouldn't even address the problem. on top of all of the reality oof the book, there is ann astounding plot line about a boy who just wants to wake up and everything be back the way t was before it all started crumbling around him, and won't s...
